About the Project
Clifton Farm Solar Park is an operational solar energy project developed and operated by Voltalia UK Ltd (‘Voltalia’). The site is located near Clifton Maybank in Dorset, approximately 4.5km to the south of Yeovil.
Clifton Farm Solar Park was granted planning permission in May 2021 by Dorset Council (application reference. WD/D/20/001057). Documents submitted for the planning application can be viewed on the Dorset Online Planning Register

We encourage applications from projects which:
- Improve the local environment in a sustainable way
- Promote green spaces for recreation improving health and wellbeing
- Promote education and employment opportunities in the environment and sustainability sector.
